I'm Juan, the artist and storyteller behind Alzart. Originally from Spain and based in Brighton & Hove since 2010, I create visual pieces that blend memory, color, and nature into soulful design. Every brushstroke, pattern, or product I make begins with a story - sometimes from childhood gardens, sometimes from silent walks or simple joy.
My work focuses on surface pattern design, packaging, and decorative objects that bring beauty and meaning into everyday life. From elegant notebooks and greeting cards to custom tea towels and home textiles, each creation is crafted to evoke emotion and connection.

At Alzart, I explore the emotional potential of design through soft colors, botanical patterns, and carefully selected compositions. 1. Blooming Calm – Candle & Plant Packaging
Custom packaging for a wellness duo: botanical candles and ceramic plant pots. Soft pattern work and calming tones were used to create a visual language of serenity.
2. Sana – Organic Soap Packaging
Design for a handcrafted soap collection inspired by purity and earth elements. Botanical illustrations, natural color palette and minimal layout express a fresh, artisanal spirit.
3. Aromatic Candle Collections – Luna & Blooming Calm

The “Luna” line uses pastel tones and delicate floral patterns to evoke moonlit calm, while “Blooming Calm” explores earthy freshness with botanical motifs.
